Social activity committee
The first committee that we want to set up is a social activity committee! This committee will consist of (at least) 3 members of our association that would like to organize fun social activities. Everyone will have their own tasks within the committee. These are: chairman, secretary and treasurer. This way we ensure that all meetings will run smoothly and that the activities will be well organized.
You can decide with your fellow committee members which activities you want to organize. The more creative, the more fun! Think for example of a movie night, a potluck, or a pub quiz, but above all let your creativity loose. As the board we expect you to organize (at least) 1 social activity per period. There are no other obligations! Furthermore, you will receive a budget from the board so you will be able to organize all the activities!

Photo/media committee
Are you interested in promoting our association by creating awesome content? Do you enjoy getting creative with social media? Then our new promotion committee might be something for you!
This committee will consist of around 4 people and will meet at least once a month, so it’s a position you can easily combine with your busy study life :).
As part of this committee you will be in charge of our social media but you can also get creative during classes by taking pictures and videos. We expect from this committee to keep up with our social media and to come up with a calendar and concept to plan out posting schedules. Together with your fellow committee you also get a lot of freedom and the chance to get as creative as possible by coming up with cool promotion campaigns for SDF! You can think of a dance video project or a dance photo shoot.

LUSTRUM COMMITTEE

Are you interested in celebrating our association and planning fun activities? Then the lustrum committee might be something for you! This committee consists of roughly 5 members to organize a celebration of our association every 5 years. Some of the available positions include chairman, treasurer, and merch coordinator.
Within this association you will plan a week full of activities and cool opportunities for the association. For example, a just dance night, a barbeque, or a big dance show! What you want to do depends on you! The first lustrum of our association was celebrated in April of 2025. We celebrated with a week full of activities, including an open party, and the first SDF dance show! For this committee it is expected that you meet around once per week and work for about 6 months to plan everything. You will receive a budget provided by the board to organize everything!
